Above, you will find the weekly schedule for our fitness and yoga classes.
Click on the appropriate week to view the classes available on the day you want to train. Then, click on the class block you wish to attend and reserve your spot. You will receive a notification if the class is full or if you are too late to register.
You can sign up up to 7 days before the class you want to attend. Make sure to register on time to secure your spot in your favorite class!
