Bij Eastbound Gym in Amsterdam Oost kun je meedoen met onze small group krachttraining sessies, waar je de basis van olympic weightlifting oefeningen leert. Je krijgt veel handige tips & tricks en doet mobiliteit verbeterende oefeningen om je prestaties en techniek tijdens je eigen krachttraining te verbeteren.

In our sessions, the focus is on teaching the essential techniques of Olympic weightlifting. We provide practical tips and incorporate mobility exercises to help you get the most out of your strength training.

To register for group classes, use the VirtuaGym app. It is mandatory to sign up in advance for our group classes, which you can do starting 7 days before the class you wish to attend.
