Are you in a rut with your regular strength training sessions? Try our small group powerlifting workout and breathe new life into your fitness routine.

In our small group strength sessions you will learn the basic techniques of Olympic weightlifting exercises. You get lots of tips & tricks and you do mobility-enhancing exercises, with which you can improve your performance and form during your own strength training.

This class is perfect if you want to increase your strength training experience.

Join a class, improve your techniques and reach the next level by taking your first steps towards Olympic weightlifting. Strength training will also improve your (kick) boxing performance, strengthen your body as a whole and you will fall in love with all the other benefits you will notice in everyday life, just like we have.

SUBSCRIBE POWERLIFTING

You can register for our group classes via the VirtuaGym app. It is mandatory to register in advance for all our group classes. This is possible from 7 days prior to the class you want to take. When you become a member at Eastbound Gym you get a personal account with which you can sign up for classes.
