Explosive strength

EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH

The purpose of this training is the improvement of your strength in/and your speed. The exercises we use to accomplish that are variations of hops, jumps, sprints and drills, exercises that use or press against gravity and also external weights such as barbells and dumbells. The above named exercises are plyometric and SAQ (strength agility quickness), which means generate as much power in the shortest amount of time.

The kind of training is used all kinds of athletes like martial artists and runners to improve their quickness, reflexes and reaction time. Ideal for boxing, kickboxing and MMA but also for your daily life.
