Are you looking for a sporty, safe and relaxt place to train kickboxing, boxing, grappling, fitness or yoga? Whether you are young or old, beginner or advanced and whether you have the ambition to participate in competitions or not at all; everyone can come to work out with us! We have a wide and diverse range of classes and special introduction courses if you’re new to the game.

Every day of the week we offer kickboxing lessons. We provide both technique lessons, where you practice with a partner, and bag training.

HEAVY-BAG WORKOUT

HEAVY-BAG WORKOUT

In addition to the technique lessons, we also offer bag training for both boxing and kickboxing.

Every day of the week we offer boxing lessons. We provide both technique lessons, where you practice with a partner, and bag training.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

COMBAT STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

The strength & conditioning classes are aimed at increasing physical strength and improving your physical condition.

POWERLIFTING

POWERLIFTING

Are you in a rut with your regular strength training sessions? Try our small group powerlifting workout and breathe new life into your fitness routine.

YOGA

YOGA

The yoga classes we offer are a combination of intensity and relaxation. We offer two different types of yoga classes: Vinyasa flow yoga and Yin yoga. Vinyasa yoga is fitness based, Yin yoga focuses more on relaxation.

MMA & BJJ

MMA & BJJ

In this class you will learn a mix of ground fighting (techniques from wrestling and grappling) and stand-up fighting (techniques from boxing and kickboxing). We practice the techniques together and there will also be light sparring.

NEVER SKIP LEGDAY

NEVER SKIP LEGDAY

Our ‘Never skip leg day’ training is a workout that focuses on training the glutes, legs and abs. We also pay attention to improving the condition.

YOUTH KICKBOXING

YOUTH KICKBOXING

At Eastbound Gym we offer kickboxing lessons for youth, starting from 6 years and older. In order to be able to teach in a pedagogically responsible way, we have divided the youth lessons into two groups: from 6 to 11 years and from 12 to 17 years.

At Eastbound we think it’s important that everyone feels part of the family. We value the cozy atmosphere in our gym and our community of members and trainers. If you are not yet a member, you are more than welcome to join a class to experience the atmosphere. You can buy a trial class via the website and schedule a class yourself via the schedule.
We work with 2 schedules: Kickboxing and MMA and Fitness and Yoga.
