You will be working with the kettlebell for this class. This intensive full body workout is going to improve your stamina, explosiveness and strength. It will be a High intensity training with short breaks. Besides the benefits of strong and fit we challenge you to train in your full range of motion so you also improve your mobility, balance and coordination.
These classes take an hour and are for all levels, for those who have no experience with the kettlebell we do recommend to take one of our courses.
